To The Moon Roofing is launching in Atlanta with a clear objective: build a dominant, premium residential roofing brand designed to scale across multiple markets. We are hiring a Founding Retail Sales Consultant โ€” a high-level in-home closer who wants serious income, long-term upside, and a seat at the table as we build. This is not a storm-chasing company.

This is not low-bid retail. This is a systems-driven growth platform built for scale and future expansion. If you can close at a high level and want more than just commission checks, this role is for you.

The Opportunity Company-generated inbound marketing leads Average residential project size: $12,000โ€“$20,000+ Premium pricing strategy (we compete on value, not discounts) Clean CRM systems and backend production support Strong marketing engine โ€” you focus on closing Ground-floor role with leadership path Top producers should expect $150,000โ€“$300,000+ annually. There is no cap. What Youโ€™ll Do Conduct professional roof inspections Capture documentation and scope details Present premium roofing solutions in-home Walk homeowners through materials, warranties, and value Confidently present pricing and close Maintain disciplined follow-up Document activity in CRM Ensure smooth handoff to operations You will be measured on close rate, revenue, margin discipline, and professionalism.
