Job Description Resident Services Coordinator – Immediate Opportunity Location: Riverdale, NY Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Holiday rotation required) A well-established senior care organization in Riverdale, NY is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support resident care and quality-of-life initiatives within a multidisciplinary care team. This role plays a key part in coordinating services, supporting residents and families, and assisting with department operations in a long-term care or senior living environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing resident services and supporting the social services department.

Coordinate care plans and support residents and families with service needs. Conduct assessments and assist with case management and discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and resident satisfaction.

Support initiatives that enhance residents’ quality of life within the community. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required Pursuing or eligible for New York State LMSW certification preferred 2 years of experience in geriatrics, long-term care, healthcare, or case management Experience with discharge planning, assessments, and resident/family support strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Compensation & Benefits Salary: $66,300 – $72,000 annually Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and professional development Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or submit their resume for immediate consideration.
