Reserving Actuarial Analyst – Projects | London (Hybrid) A global insurer is hiring a Reserving Actuarial Analyst to join their UK Actuarial Projects team, working on bespoke reserving analyses, automation, deep-dives, and strategic initiatives across the UK P&C portfolio. This isn't standard reserving work. You'll be delivering insights on complex topics, conducting portfolio analyses, supporting regulatory reporting, and advancing the team's capabilities by implementing novel techniques.
You'll work alongside talented actuaries and collaborate with Pricing, Finance, Claims, and Underwriting teams. Qualifications: Part-qualified actuary actively studying for exams, strong numeracy and analytical skills, and experience (or interest) in P&C reserving. Programming skills in SQL, R, or VBA are a strong advantage.
You'll need excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a can-do attitude
