Role Overview
The Research Manager will support the delivery of multiple quantitative healthcare market research projects, reporting to an Associate Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
- Develop and refine questionnaires aligned with research objectives.
- Mandatory team management experience
- Conduct data analysis, review tables, code open-ended responses and support table specifications.
- Prepare client deliverables, including PowerPoint reports and templates.
- Work with project management teams to support fieldwork and resolve project-related issues.
- Provide regular project updates and contribute to discussions on research findings and implications.
Required Experience & Skills
- 6+ years of experience in market research, preferably within healthcare/pharma.
- Strong understanding of marketing and client-side business challenges.
- Experience in quantitative research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or SPSS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
