*Reporting Analyst* _OnSpire | Digital Marketing_ *POSITION SUMMARY* The Reporting Analyst is responsible for performance reporting, data accuracy, and marketing analytics across all digital channels in the agency's residential community portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role owns monthly dashboard creation and delivery, multi-source data integration, attribution tracking across the full buyer pipeline, and performance analysis that supports strategic decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, platform reporting fluency, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and client-facing audiences. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* * Build and maintain monthly performance dashboards for all active communities, integrating data from Meta, Google, HubSpot, website analytics, and on-site traffic records into a unified community-level view. * Deliver monthly reports on schedule, ensuring accuracy, visual clarity, and alignment to key performance indicators including lead volume, cost per lead, traffic, visit-to-contract conversion, and media efficiency. * Develop portfolio-level and regional summary views for quarterly business reviews and executive reporting. * Own and continuously improve source attribution tracking across the full buyer pipeline, from first digital touch through inquiry, Welcome Center visit, and contract, partnering with agency operations and external data or development resources as needed for platform-level implementation. * Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain pixel health, UTM integrity, and HubSpot data accuracy, ensuring attribution reflects actual performance. * Proactively identify attribution gaps and data discrepancies; resolve or escalate before they affect reporting accuracy. * Analyze performance trends by community, region, tier, and channel, surfacing insights the Director of Digital Marketing can act on to improve media allocation and campaign strategy. * Support quarterly business review preparation with data analysis, trend commentary, and presentation-ready visualizations. * Deliver ad hoc reports and analysis for the Director of Digital Marketing, Director of Marketing, or CMO accurately and within required timelines. *SUCCESS METRICS* * Consistently delivers monthly dashboards on schedule to internal leadership and client contacts. * Platform discrepancies (e.g., Meta vs.

GA4 vs. CRM) understood, documented, and managed so that reporting remains reliable and decision-ready. * Reports actively used by internal and client leadership for strategic decisions. * First touch to contract attribution tracked and maintained accurately across all active communities. * Quarterly business review data and visualizations delivered on time and presentation-ready. *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS* * 46 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or data analysis, ideally in an agency or multi-brand marketing environment. * Strong working command of Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads reporting, Google Ads reporting, and HubSpot analytics. * Demonstrated ability to build dashboards that synthesize multi-source data into clear, actionable reporting. * High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, covering pivot tables, data modeling, and visualization for reporting purposes. * Experience working with lead generation attribution in long-cycle, high-consideration consumer marketing environments. *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* * Reporting experience for new home communities, land developers, or homebuilders. * Proficiency in Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization platforms. * Experience supporting client-facing quarterly business reviews with data preparation and performance narrative development. * Comfort connecting CRM pipeline data to marketing metrics and downstream sales outcomes.
