Maintenance Mechanic – Cardiff. Otis is seeking a qualified maintenance mechanic to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by maintaining a portfolio of elevator units. Responsibilities Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits within your territory.

Manage the portfolio of elevators within your defined geographical area. Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first‑time fix. Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation.

Liaise directly with customers on site to build good working relationships. Qualifications Hold NVQ3 in Lifts maintenance mechanics (or equivalent) in your country. Hold a driver’s licence.

Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering. Committed professional with safety as a priority. Comfortable communicating with others.
