Remote Patient Care Coordinator (NCLEX)

What You’ll Be Responsible For Coordinating patient appointments, follow-ups, and care journeys Managing inbound and outbound patient communication Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Proactively reducing missed appointments and delays Acting as the bridge between patients and care providers What You’ve Done Before Coordinated patient care, scheduling, or healthcare operations Managed high-volume communication (calls, SMS, email) Worked with EMRs or healthcare systems Ensured accuracy in patient records and documentation Who You Are Highly organized and proactive A strong communicator with a patient-first mindset Detail-oriented and process-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment What Success Looks Like 25%+ increase in appointment adherence 30%+ reduction in no-shows Response times consistently within SLA 20%+ improvement in patient engagement and retention Requirements What You Need To Have NCLEX certification Experience in patient coordination or healthcare support roles Familiarity with EMRs and healthcare workflows Strong English communication skills Who This Is NOT For Individuals who wait for instructions instead of taking initiative Those who struggle with multitasking and organization Candidates who are not comfortable handling high patient volume Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps . Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM . Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
