Remote | AI Content Evaluator — $70–$150/hour

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced professionals with broad backgrounds across consumer-facing, personal, and general business domains to review and evaluate professional documents and other work products for quality, accuracy, relevance, and clarity.

This role is suited to professionals with strong analytical judgement, document-review experience, and the ability to work across varied subject areas. Selected contributors will assess materials against structured guidelines, identify substantive issues, and provide clear written feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Document Review & Analysis

• Review professional documents for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and overall quality
• Assess whether information is logically organised and appropriately supported
• Identify factual inconsistencies, omissions, unclear reasoning, and quality issues
• Evaluate materials across a variety of consumer-facing and personal subject areas
• Apply sound professional judgement when reviewing unfamiliar topics

Quality Evaluation

• Assess work products against defined quality standards and project guidelines
• Identify substantive issues affecting usefulness, credibility, or accuracy
• Distinguish important content problems from minor editorial concerns
• Evaluate whether outputs appropriately address their intended purpose
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across assignments

Structured Feedback

• Provide clear, concise, and actionable written feedback
• Explain identified weaknesses and areas requiring improvement
• Support evaluation decisions with logical reasoning
• Communicate findings in a structured and professional manner
• Maintain consistency across repeated review tasks

Microsoft Office Review

• Work confidently with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Review spreadsheets, documents, and presentations for accuracy and professional quality
• Assess tables, calculations, written content, and presentation materials where relevant
• Identify inconsistencies across related files or formats
• Evaluate organisation, readability, and overall usability

Cross-Domain Evaluation

• Review materials spanning multiple consumer-facing or general professional domains
• Adapt quickly to different topics, contexts, and project requirements
• Apply broad professional knowledge alongside structured evaluation criteria
• Identify issues that require practical judgement rather than narrow specialist expertise
• Maintain attention to detail across varied assignments

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Broad professional experience across consumer-facing, personal, analytical, research, business, or related domains
• Strong analytical and document-review skills
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured guidelines consistently
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Comfortable reviewing and evaluating varied professional work products
• Able to work independently across multiple subject areas

• Compensation: $70–$150/hour
• Flexible scheduling based on project requirements

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project needs and performance
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
