Job Description

Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3+ year of working experience in Home Loans, Mortgages, or Loan Against Property (LAP). Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred. Skills: Proficiency in interpreting financial data, strong communication skills, and working efficiently under tight targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Convert provided digital Home Loan and Mortgage leads into physical field appointments.
• Client Interaction: Meet applicants face-to-face to understand requirements and guide them through application steps.
• Financial Assessment: Conduct financial interviews with clients to evaluate their repayment capacity and loan eligibility.
• Lender Coordination: Manage active relationships with Banks and NBFCs to ensure quick file verification.
• File Management: Analyze active loan files constantly to track progress and clear operational bottlenecks.
• Compliance: Maintain secure documentation and record management that complies with financial regulations.
