- Regulatory and process discipline
- The candidate should obtain certification of the NISM – Investment Advisor – Level XA & XB
- Strong learning mindset and long-term aspiration to grow into a Wealth Manager, with good understanding of Indian equity and debt markets
- AUM to be greater than 10 cr
