Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal

Overview Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal at IVC Evidensia. We are looking for a committed Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities General nursing duties, including patient care, anaesthesia, and assisting in surgery Performing diagnostic imaging, lab work, and radiography Providing exceptional nursing care to inpatients, including monitoring during anaesthesia and recovery Conducting nurse clinics and providing client education Assisting with procedures, routine consultations, and theatre duties Support the Growth of Richmond House.

We are a dual-site practice with potential for development and investment in technology and facilities. This role will primarily be based at Richmond House Vets with occasional cover and weekend work at Gatehouse Vets. Skills & Qualifications Valid RCVS registration as a Registered Veterinary Nurse Experience in small animal practice (newly qualified nurses are welcome) Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Proactive, enthusiastic attitude towards nursing and patient care Working Hours This is a part-time role requiring 15 hours per week, preferably three 5-hour shifts from 3:00PM to 7:00PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

A 1 in 4 Saturday rota at Gatehouse Vets is required. There are no out-of-hours duties.
