About the Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for residents at St Vincent’s Care Services Werribee. St Vincent’s Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high‑quality haven of care within the centrally‑located Wyndham Health Precinct. The 80‑bed facility is located 30km south‑west of Melbourne’s city centre.
Requirements
- Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Ability to work on a casual basis
- Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged‑care/health‑care setting
- Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon and night shifts
- High level of customer‑service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of aged‑care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Vaccinated (and up‑to‑date vaccinations) against influenza and COVID‑19
- National Police Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement
