Job Overview

Bolton Clarke Group, Australia's largest independent not‑for‑profit aged care provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 120‑bed Residential Aged Care Home at Buderim Views on the Sunshine Coast. The role is for the afternoon shift (2:00pm to 10:00pm, weekdays only).

Responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of care in accordance with scope of practice.
• Coordinate health and allied services care planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, residents, families and visitors.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records.
• Complete all required training and maintain current registration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse with valid registration in Queensland.
• High level of written and verbal English communication skills.
• Previous aged‑care experience highly regarded.
• Passion for the aged‑care industry and commitment to person‑centred care.
• Collaborative and friendly approach with all team members and residents.

Employment Conditions

• Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm, weekdays only.
