What You’ll Do: Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide direct, resident-centered nursing aligned with individualized care plans. Coordinate & Communicate: Partner with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to achieve the best outcomes. Monitor Resident Wellbeing: Assess, document, and respond to changes in residents’ conditions. Administer Medications & Treatments: Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication management and interventions. Promote a Safe Environment: Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards. Lead with Compassion: Mentor and support CNAs, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
