Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Title: Registered Nurse Location: Liberty, NY, 12754 Shift hours: 3P-11P or 11P – 7A (5 Days a week, every other weekend) Contract: 3+ months Job Responsibilities Assess patient nursing care needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans. Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments. Monitor and document patient conditions. Identify physical and emotional health changes. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other support staff. Provide education and guidance to families regarding patient care and prevention of illness. Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license of NY state.
