Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator Location: Boston, MA Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse to serve as an MDS Coordinator across our Boston locations. In this role, you will oversee MDS and RAI processes, ensure accurate documentation, and support compliance while collaborating with care teams to optimize resident outcomes and reimbursement.
