This part-time role is ideal for an RN who thrives in trauma-informed environments and values collaborative care. Responsibilities Partner with the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to monitor and manage youth medication regimens Conduct routine health assessments and respond to medical concerns Ensure all medical instructions and protocols are followed accurately Maintain clear, timely, and compliant medical documentation Communicate with staff and external providers to coordinate care Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to holistic treatment planning Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Illinois Experience working with adolescents or in residential/group home settings preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to medical needs with urgency and empathy Excellent communication and documentation skills Must pass DCFS fingerprint background check Valid Illinois driver’s license required
