Registered Nurse – RGN / RMN / RNLD

Overview We are looking to recruit into a new ABI residential nursing establishment with 2/4 qualified nurses be that you can be either a RGN, RMN or RNLD, to over see the care of the residents within a new purpose built home based in Oldham. Responsibilities You will be a named nurse within an intimate setting of 5 residents all with differing diagnosis and levels of care You will adopt a person centred individual approach to the deliver of nursing Care Abide by the NMC code of conduct Be in a position to lead, develop and motivate a team around you and Lead the shift appropriately Ensure all written reports are completed fully in terms of review via colleagues, and contribute to MDT team meetings on evaluation of care being delivered Continually strive to be the very best in the delivery of excellent care standards Requirements / Qualifications Qualified as RGN, RMN or RNLD Ability to work in a residential setting with 5 residents with differing diagnoses and levels of care Willingness to adhere to NMC code of conduct Experience to lead, develop and motivate a team and manage shift appropriately Awareness of Tracheotomy / STOMA / Peg feeds Schedule The role will be days / nights and include 28 days (including bank holidays). A degree of flexibility is required to cover other shifts when colleagues are away on leave.
