Job Description Registered Nurse RGN/RMN\nFull-time, days\n36-48 hours per week\nSalary £36,504 - £48,672 per annum\n\nRight Search are currently recruiting on behalf of a nursing home based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a purpose built nursing home specialising in general nursing and dementia care.\n\nThe Nursing Home Manager is seeking a confident Nurse who is RGN or RMN qualified to join their nursing team full-time on days.\n\nContracted hours can be offered at 36 or 48 hours per week; 3 or 4 shifts per week.\n\nOffering a salary range of £36,504 to £48,673 per annum subject to contracted hours.\n\nAs a Staff Nurse you would be required to maintain the highest standards of care in a professional manner through direct nursing and effective supervision of Staff Members.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\n * Assessing and planning nursing care requirements.\n\n * Monitoring and administering medication\n\n * Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.\n\n * Writing records.\n\n * Supervising junior staff.\n\n * Organising workloads.\n\n * Providing emotional support to patients and relatives.\n\n * Ensuring effective communication between day and night shifts\n\n * Attending MDT meetings.\n\nThe candidate:\n\n * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.\n\n * Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.\n\n * Someone who is passionate about person centred care\n\n * Good leadership skills\n\n * Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN qualified\n\n * Nursing home experience desired but not essential\n\nStaff Benefits included\n\nIf you wish to be shortlisted for the Registered Nurse position please APPLY with your current CV and we will be in touch
