Registered Nurse - PICU

Registered Nurse (Outpatient Surgery Center) We are seeking a dedicated professional accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care in an acute patient setting. This role involves direct patient care, patient and family education, and managing transitions of care. You will deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in your assigned area, developing and implementing a comprehensive plan of care that considers psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.

Key responsibilities include fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships with patients, their families/support groups, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications. You will adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to promote an optimal patient experience.
