Registered Nurse - PICU (Hiring Immediately)

Client will consider clinicians with pending CA license at time of submittal as long as they have utilized the Aya licensure program and we have an expected date for their license to be live *CA License Required DON'T SUBMIT IF TRAVELER DOES NOT HAVE PEDS EXPERIENCE. Okay to submit if not within a dedicated Childrens facility. Required: • 2 full years of recent independent PICU experience (PICU experience must be within the last year) • Willing to float between units (CVICU & NICU) • BLS • PALS • Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, specifically CVP and EKG.

Shifts: (discussed in interview) • 3x12s variable or straight nights ***Please note - the 7th shift requirement has been removed for all PICU travelers starting 9/5 and later*** May request 7 days of RFTO. No holiday requests. Ratio: 1:1-2 Unit Summary: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post op cardiac surgical care, neurosurgery.
