Job Summary
As part of the interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible and accountable for providing quality patient/family focused nursing care in accordance with the hospital’s philosophy, policies and standards of care, the College of Nurses (CNO) and all relevant legislation.
Qualifications And Experience
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses (CNO) as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BCLS.
- Perioperative Nurse Certificate from a recognized program required.
- Two (2) years recent experience in Operating Room, Recovery or Critical Care units.

- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to function both independently and as an inter-professional team member in a crisis and fast paced demanding environment.

Hours of Work
In order to provide the necessary patient care, our operations run 24/7. There is the expectation that you are available to work weekdays, weekends and all shifts (days, nights, 12 hours).
