About the Role:

Echuca Regional Health are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology Medical Day Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care.
• Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Advocate for patients and support positive health outcomes.
• Maintain clinical competency relevant to oncology nursing practice.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, education and training programs.
• Support and mentor students, graduate nurses and enrolled nurses.

Qualifications/experience required:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in oncology and medical day unit nursing care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centred care.
• Understanding of professional nursing standards and codes of conduct.
