32 hours per fortnight

About the Role:
Echuca Regional Health are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology Medical Day Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care.
- Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Advocate for patients and support positive health outcomes.
- Maintain clinical competency relevant to oncology nursing practice.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, education and training programs.
- Support and mentor students, graduate nurses and enrolled nurses.
Qualifications/experience required:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in oncology and medical day unit nursing care.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred care.
- Understanding of professional nursing standards and codes of conduct.

Pre-Employment Requirements
