You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. Job responsibilities Provide person‑centred care to residents in a nurse‑led environment. Support residents in life‑changing decisions and everyday needs. Maintain professional standards through the NMC and uphold safe care practices.
Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns, report if necessary.

Qualifications Active NMC registration and a qualifying nursing qualification. Minimum of 1 year UK nursing experience. Experience At least 12 months experience in health or social care settings.
