Main duties of the job As a nurse at HC‑One, you will build on your existing skill set, practising in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills - to name but a few! You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. Maintain and update digital care plans. Mentor colleagues and serve as a practice supervisor and assessor. Advocate for residents and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.

Participate in continuous professional development. About You As a Registered Nurse at HC‑One, you will build on your existing skill set, practising in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills. You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, a valid Pin number, and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.

Have a valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months experience in health or social care. Show passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues. Exhibit effective communication, both verbal and written.

Demonstrate a person‑centred approach and commitment to safeguarding. Be comfortable with technology and willing to learn digital tools.
