Registered Nurse/Midwife – Maternity & Womens Health | Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast, QLD

Employment Term: Permanent Part Time

Remuneration: $42.50 - $54.62 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take-home pay)

Relocation Assistance may be available by negotiation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional person-centered care by working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and applying strong communication and customer service skills.
• As a Dual Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM), contribute to the Maternity and Women’s Health Team and support continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Dual qualification – Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (Bachelor of Nursing/Midwifery or equivalent) with AHPRA registration
• Minimum 12 months experience in a maternity and/or women’s health setting
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
• Experience in Special Care Nursery is highly regarded
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
• Full Australian Working Rights (note: sponsorship not available)
• Willingness to obtain required vaccinations, undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
