How you'll make an impact in this role Deliver high-quality direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, ensuring safe, compassionate treatment aligned with clinical standards and positive patient outcomes. Implement and monitor patient care plans, assessing progress and adjusting interventions to support recovery, clinical quality improvement, and effective care coordination.
Assess, document, and communicate patient conditions in Electronic Health Records EHR, ensuring accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care across the interdisciplinary team. Coordinate care and support discharge planning as a Registered Nurse, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and improved patient outcomes. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
