The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intrapartum, antepartum, and OR procedures, with a passion for providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns during one of the most important moments of their lives. Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Provide comprehensive nursing care during the labor and delivery process, including monitoring maternal and fetal well-being.

Administer medications and assist with labor-inducing procedures and emergency interventions . Support patients and families with emotional and educational resources throughout the childbirth experience. Collaborate with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and other care providers to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centred care .

Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory guidelines. Respond quickly to changes in patient condition using critical thinking and evidence-based nursing practices . Assist in OR during cesarean sections and other obstetric procedures as needed.

Candidate requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS and ACLS certifications - American Heart Association (upon hire) NRP certification - American Academy of Pediatrics (upon hire) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience At least 1 year of independent experience in inpatient Labor & Delivery , including intrapartum, antepartum, and OR procedures Preferred National certification in Labor & Delivery or a related speciality Completion of AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Why work with us?
