Registered Nurse (Hiring Immediately)

Job Description Our client needs an OPWDD RN 21 hours a week in Brooklyn. This assignment is 3 days a week. 2 days a week they want the nurse at their main office (330 Jay Street Brooklyn, NY 11201) to provide case management on their very high functioned individuals. The individuals live within 3 apartment buildings that are very close to each other in Brooklyn. 1 day a week the nurse is needed to visit these apartments and check in with the individuals to make sure they are doing well and if they need anything.

Some of the individuals go to day program so sometimes the nurse will need to call them on the phone and check in with them but visiting is expected that one day a week for all of the other individuals who are home during the workday. The nurse can do 9a-4p or 10a-5p 3 days a week. Maybe even 8a-3p.
