We are a luxury, high-volume private practice specializing in cosmetic surgery and advanced wellness, serving an exclusive and discerning patient population in Austin. We are intentionally building a structured, growth-oriented nursing team and are seeking one highly experienced RN with leadership potential, along with strong clinical nurses who thrive in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Position Overview This role includes circulating in the operating room, managing pre-operative preparation, non-surgical clinic operations, and overseeing PACU/recovery care. Our nurses operate at a hospital-level standard within a boutique, private practice setting. We are looking for nurses who are clinically strong, calm under pressure, and deeply committed to patient safety and exceptional bedside manner.

Minimum Qualifications Active Texas RN license in good standing Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association required) No less than 5 years of experience Prior experience in a surgical center or outpatient operating room circulating Pre-op and PACU/recovery experience Strongly Preferred Functional Medicine Experience Plastic surgery experience Familiarity with IV sedation cases High-volume case experience Ability to cross-train across OR, Clinic, Pre-op, and PACU Interest in leadership and clinical oversight Operational Consideration Due to the nature of surgical scheduling, case flow, and patient safety standards, candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the practice (generally within 10–15 miles) to support punctuality, schedule reliability, and operational efficiency.
