Registered Nurse for Senior Care - Extendicare

Key Responsibilities: • Schedule and participate in resident care conferences • Coordinate residents' care plans with the nursing team • Monitor and audit self-medication processes • Respond to family and resident concerns • Implement Infection Prevention and Control measures Requirements: • Valid RN registration in the applicable Province/State • Experience in community and long-term care • Strong time management and customer service skills • Sound clinical knowledge with delegation experience • Recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening needed Utilize your expertise to foster a nurturing environment for residents at Extendicare. #J-18808-Ljbffr
