Job Description
Enhance community health as a Registered Nurse focusing on pediatric clients. Play a vital role in multidisciplinary care delivery while ensuring patient safety and well-being in the Edmonton Zone. This nursing role combines leadership and direct patient care in a holistic approach.
You will provide a variety of services, including case management and family-centered care, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and develop tailored care plans for children and families with medical and developmental needs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide nursing services and case management for pediatric clients • Develop and modify care plans based on client needs • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partners • Utilize critical thinking in patient assessments and interventions • Advocate for patients and their families effectively Requirements: • Accredited nursing education program completion • Active registration with College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) • Current BCLS-HCP certification • 2 years recent nursing experience or refresher program completion • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills Deliver high-quality, compassionate care while supporting children and families within an integrated healthcare model. #J-18808-Ljbffr
