Job Description
Provide dedicated nursing care with a focus on Indigenous health needs. As an RN, deliver professional services while promoting cultural safety and collaboration within the healthcare team. This position requires a commitment to understanding and supporting Indigenous healthcare priorities and values.
You will manage patient care, administer treatments, and take a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while adapting to various situations. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver professional nursing services to patients • Administer prescribed medical treatments effectively • Coordinate patient care and discharge planning • Lead initiatives within the healthcare team • Engage with community health services and protocols Requirements: • Graduate of an approved Nursing education program • Up to 2 years of related experience preferred • Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba • Knowledge of Indigenous culture and healthcare challenges • CPR certification as required Utilize your nursing expertise and cultural understanding to support and enhance health outcomes in Indigenous communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
