About the Role

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinically experienced RN with aged care coordination or management experience, who is confident in leading care teams and supervising others in an Community Nurse Role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care including wound management, medication administration, continence and catheter care, and chronic condition monitoring.
  • Conduct health assessments and develop or contribute to person‑centred care plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and clinically guide Enrolled Nurses and support workers.
  • Ensure all team members are following care plans and clinical protocols appropriately.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and the internal NDCS care team.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with NDIS and aged care standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement in all aspects of care.

Required Qualifications

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing, including experience in aged care coordination or management.
  • Strong leadership or supervisory skills preferred.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
  • Completed NDIS Orientation and mandatory modules.
  • Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle.
  • Infection Control.
  • Others.
