About the Role
We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinically experienced RN with aged care coordination or management experience, who is confident in leading care teams and supervising others in an Community Nurse Role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care including wound management, medication administration, continence and catheter care, and chronic condition monitoring.
- Conduct health assessments and develop or contribute to person‑centred care plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and clinically guide Enrolled Nurses and support workers.
- Ensure all team members are following care plans and clinical protocols appropriately.
- Collaborate with clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and the internal NDCS care team.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with NDIS and aged care standards.
- Promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement in all aspects of care.

Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing, including experience in aged care coordination or management.
- Strong leadership or supervisory skills preferred.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
- Completed NDIS Orientation and mandatory modules.
- Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle.
