Customer Service

You will be responsible for welcoming customers at the airport and providing a smooth and professional car rental experience from pick-up to return.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing vehicle pick-ups and returns
• Processing rental agreements and payments
• Explaining rental conditions and vehicle information
• Checking vehicles and reporting any damage
• Preparing vehicles for the next customer
• General branch and airport operational duties

About you

• Is confident, friendly and professional
• Can work independently and as part of a small team
• Holds a current Australian driver's licence
• Previous car rental, tourism, hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
• Stable and varied role
