The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life.

Working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.

  • Administering medication safely and in accordance with NMC guidelines.

  • Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changing clinical needs.

  • Promoting residents' dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing.

  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Supporting and mentoring care colleagues to maintain excellent standards of care.

  • Contributing to a positive, professional, and caring environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN).

  • Relevant post-registration nursing experience.

  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a care setting.

  • Excellent clinical knowledge and nursing skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A compassionate, patient-focused approach.

  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
