About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

Responsibilities

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision‑making
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in‑charge)
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
• NDIS Workers Screening and/or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth

Location: Holly Aged Care is conveniently located close to the southern end of the Southern Expressway, with the Onkaparinga River National Park nearby. The facility is situated on the bus route to Colonnades Shopping Centre, less than five kilometres away.
