About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Bethsalem Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents.

You will:

  • Deliver exceptional, person-centred clinical care.
  • Lead and support a dedicated team of nursing and care staff.
  • Assess, monitor, and respond to residents' changing care needs.
  • Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.
  • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with funding requirements.
  • Safely manage and administer medications in accordance with best-practice standards.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.

About You

We are looking for someone who genuinely values caring for older people and is committed to creating positive experiences for residents and their families.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Completion of National Hand Hygiene Initiative (NHHI) training.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership capability and a positive, team-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the Revised Aged Care Quality Standards, The Aged Care Code of Conduct, Serious Incident Response Scheme and the AN-ACC framework.
  • Well-developed computer, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
