Responsibilities Provides compassionate, patient-centered care to residents with chronic conditions and complex needs Builds strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and the care team Skilled in medication administration, assessments, and care planning over extended stays Patient, dependable, and committed to maintaining dignity, comfort, and quality of life for residents Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
