Role Description This is a casual, on-site role located in Bedford, NS, for a Registered Nurse specializing in mental health care. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering treatments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, monitoring patient progress, and providing compassionate support. Additionally, the Registered Nurse will maintain accurate medical documentation and participate in continuous education to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health care. D ays/evenings available. Must be able to work a minimum of 1-2 shifts per week.

Evenings start at 4pm. Qualifications Registered Nurse licensure in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body Strong knowledge and experience in patient assessments, care planning, and treatment administration Expertise in mental health care and experience working with individuals experiencing psychiatric and emotional challenges Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate medical documentation Capability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare setting Commitment to professional development and staying updated on medical advancements in mental health care Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with relevant experience in psychiatry considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
