Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Registered Nurse in the Automotive Industry in Windsor, Ontario.


The main role of the RN will be to provide nursing and medical support to employees and management. You will utilize your nursing knowledge, skills and professional judgment in an occupational setting and work as part of a multi-disciplined health care team


Total rewards:

  • $40.00 - $44.00 hourly
  • Mandatory Availability Requirement: Candidates must possess complete scheduling flexibility and be available to work rotating Days, Afternoons, and Midnight shifts, as well as weekdays and weekends, to support business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer health counselling and education
  • Oversee and attend to all health concerns (non-emergency and emergency), primary assessment, and rehabilitation
  • Assist with WSIB claims and return to work programs as needed
  • Treatment and follow up of occupational illness/injury
  • Coordinate the reporting process of injuries, treatment etc.
  • Interface with management team regarding any special reporting requests
  • Administer and document the following: occupational illness/injury, medical surveillance examinations, pre-employment assessments, respirator fit testing, daily clinic activities, return to work activities
  • Follow up on workplace accidents and injuries


The successful candidate brings:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health Nursing, Cardiac Care, or Emergency Nursing
  • Must be available to work(Days, Afternoons and Midnights and have open availability to work weekdays and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal skills, decision making abilities, ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses
  • Excellent knowledge of all current Ontario Health & Safety legislation and the Standards of College of Nurses and the Personal Health Information Protection Act
