Growing home health Founded in 2012 by dedicated Registered Nurses, CARING BEES HEALTHCARE opened on the premise of providing dedicated and compassionate care to the local Boston community. We provide Nursing, Home Health Aides, Rehabilitation Therapy, and Medical Social Worker services. We are Medicare/Medicaid certified Agency and accredited through the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).

What is the role of Admissions RN? The Admissions RN focuses on completing OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for all patients including geriatric patients, setting the clinical foundation for high-quality care. Their work is critical to compliance, risk reduction, and the integrity of the patient’s plan of care.

Your day will include Perform in-home OASIS SOC assessments Complete accurate, detailed assessment documentation Develop the initial plan of care Communicate effectively with providers and internal care teams Who are we looking for? Characteristics : Strategic leader, strong communicator, excellent orator, matured & professional personality, master in engaging with different groups, adaptable, innovative & strong motivator. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse in the state of MA Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care clinical nursing experience and must have done OASIS visits (preferably) with a Medicare certified agency.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Current CPR accredited by American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (certificate must be healthcare provider or healthcare professional). #J-18808-Ljbffr
