Oncology Homecare Nurse Part-time, 24–32 hours per week Are you an experienced Oncology Nurse looking for a more flexible role that allows you to deliver truly personalised care? I am currently recruiting for an Oncology Homecare Nurse to join a well-established clinical provider delivering specialist care to patients across Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to move away from a hospital setting and provide one-to-one care in patients’ homes, helping to improve their overall experience and quality of life.
As an Oncology Homecare Nurse, you will support patients throughout their treatment journey in the comfort of their own homes, as well as in mobile units or clinics where required. Administering IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, immunotherapy and supportive treatments Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in line with clinical protocols Planning and managing your own daily schedule and travel between patientsThis role offers a high level of autonomy, supported by a strong clinical and operational team, enabling you to focus on delivering safe and effective care. Salary between £26,220 – £34,900 (dependent on contracted hours) - Prorate of full time salary £43,700 Annual bonus scheme 36 days annual leave (pro rata, including bank holidays) – prorate for part time Private medical insurance Company pension scheme Laptop, mobile phone and personal safety device NMC fees paid (after one year of service) Ongoing training and development opportunities Access to employee assistance programme and wellbeing resources Refer-a-friend scheme (up to £1,200)About You Hold a valid NMC PIN Have experience in Oncology nursing Hold a recognised Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or equivalent xkybehq training Have experience administering Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) across multiple routes Be highly organised and confident managing your own workload and travel schedule Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across the Surrey areaIf you are looking for a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a genuine difference in patients’ lives, I would be keen to speak with you.
