Roles and responsibilities include: Promote and maintain the highest standards of care, quality, and service across all homes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and company requirements.

Provide clinical leadership and quality oversight through audits and supervision. Monitor and improve clinical practice, policies and procedures across the group. Investigate and manage incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.

Provide Skilled leadership across multiple sites. Participate in an on-call rota to provide management cover for weekends, emergencies, and out-of-hours issues. What were looking for Minimum 2 years experience in Nursing Home Management or Regional Manager role.

Experience within Mental Health Nursing. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car. Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
