Position Summary The Regional Housing Manager provides leadership and oversight for a portfolio of affordable housing communities throughout Texas. This role is responsible for property performance, regulatory compliance, financial management, team development, asset preservation, and resident satisfaction while supporting the mission of Volunteers of America Texas.

Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Community Administrators and property management staff. Drive property performance through effective operations, occupancy, budget management, and resident retention. Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, PRAC, Bond, and other affordable housing regulations.

Monitor financial performance, analyze budgets and variances, and implement corrective action plans as needed. Oversee property maintenance, capital improvement projects, and long-term asset preservation. Conduct regular site visits and provide guidance and support to on-site teams.

Promote resident-focused services and community engagement programs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 5 years of supervisory and multi‑site property management experience. Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs, property operations, financial management, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
