Regional Manager Overseas Education

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UK, Australia, and Europe destination teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies to maximize student recruitment and market penetration.
• Mentor, train, and monitor Destination Managers, Team Leaders, and Counselors to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, admission offices, and institutional partners.
• Ensure accurate counseling on admissions, courses, scholarships, visa requirements, and post-study opportunities.
• Monitor application pipelines, admission timelines, offer conversions, visa approvals, and student enrollments.
• Identify new business opportunities through schools, colleges, educational consultants, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for seminars, webinars, education fairs, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and university updates to develop competitive strategies.
• Ensure compliance with university guidelines, immigration regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, enrollment forecasts, revenue reports, and business performance reviews for management.
• Handle escalated student and parent concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with finance, visa, documentation, and operations teams for seamless student processing.
