The Opportunity HRST is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales and business development efforts in our Gulf Coast West region (Western Texas and Oklahoma).
This is a high-impact role responsible for growing market presence, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the power generation and industrial sectors. You’ll work at the intersection of technical expertise and relationship-driven sales, partnering with engineering and operations teams to deliver solutions that matter. What You’ll Do Drive Growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with power generation customers and industry partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client visits, conferences, and outreach Promote HRST’s services and solutions to expand regional market share Stay ahead of market trends, new plants, and emerging opportunities Maintain an active and visible presence in your region Partner with Sales, Engineering, Field Services, and Inspection teams to align opportunities with execution capabilities Coordinate internal resources to support proposal development and project success Track regional performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client engagement Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure strong project delivery Deliver Results Drive consistent revenue growth within your region Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Strengthen HRST’s reputation as a trusted technical partner Expand the customer base and identify new service opportunities Represent HRST with professionalism, responsiveness, and technical credibility What We’re Looking For Required Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders Understanding of industrial or engineering-based services Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in power generation, industrial services, or technical sales Experience managing a regional territory or client portfolio Familiarity with heat transfer systems, HRSGs, or similar industrial equipment Why HRST?
