Overview

In this role you will drive Optro’s alliance strategy across the EMEA region, leading recruitment, activation, and enablement of partner ecosystems. You’ll align with Global Alliance Directors and the Head of Alliances to grow pipeline and revenue through strategic partnerships with Big 4, SI, resellers, and distributors. You will shape joint GTM initiatives, broker collaboration between sales and partners, and guide regional marketing efforts to boost brand presence.

Responsibilities
  • Be the regional face of alliances in EMEA, coordinating with Global Alliance Directors and reporting to the Head of Alliances
  • Drive quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets by promoting Optro in partner projects
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new and existing partners to build a solid ecosystem
  • Understand partners’ business strategies and develop Optro growth initiatives aligned to regional goals
  • Broker relationships between Optro sales and partner practitioners, sales teams, and marketing
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Executives on joint account planning, QBRs, and pipeline forecasting
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, webcasts, and roadshows to raise brand awareness in EMEA
  • Coordinate regional operational needs to ensure a positive customer experience in EMEA
Key requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales or channel management
  • Proven track record with Big 4, Global System Integrators, Resellers, or Managed Service Providers
  • Experience building partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong networking and business development skills; ability to build cross-functional consensus
  • Adaptability in a matrix environment and willingness to take calculated risks
  • Familiarity with the business landscapes of Japan
  • Languages: English (native) and French (business conversational)
