Location: Belfast City Centre (Office-Based Mon-Fri)

Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission (£40,000 £80,000 OTE)

Earnings Potential: (based on current averages but sky is the limit on earnings)

Year 1: £40k£50k

Year 2: £50k£60k

Year 3: £60k£80k+

What Youll Be Doing:

• Managing the recruitment lifecycle
• Building and maintaining strong relationships
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
• Conducting screening calls and managing candidate processes
• Advising clients and candidates on market trends and opportunities
• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• At least one years experience in recruitment or sales
