Recruitment Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Analyst to join our team. This person will manage recruitment processes with autonomy, including sourcing candidates, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, updating our internal systems, and communicating with North American clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through different recruitment channels.
• Post job openings on job boards and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews in English and provide candidate recommendations.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate directly with North American clients regarding hiring needs and recruitment updates.
• Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities with autonomy.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the process.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience with recruitment and selection.
• Experience conducting interviews and managing recruitment processes independently.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working with multicultural companies is a plus.
• Experience communicating with clients from the U.S. is a plus.
